Driving Directions

From Santa Monica: East on 10 Freeway to North 110 Pasadena Freeway where it will end, becoming Arroyo Parkway. Continue on Arroyo for several blocks to Colorado Blvd. Turn RIGHT and go 1 mile to Lake Avenue signal. Make a LEFT and continue on Lake Avenue for 1.5 miles and Xiem Clay Center is on your LEFT at 1563 N. Lake Ave.

From Burbank/South San Fernando Valley: East on 134 Freeways to 210 Freeway. Exit Lake Avenue and make a LEFT. Continue on Lake Avenue for 1.5 miles and Xiem™ Clay Center is on your LEFT at 1563 N. Lake Ave.

From Orange County: North on 605 Freeways to West 210 Freeway. Exit Lake Avenue and make a RIGHT. Continue on Lake Avenue for 1.5 miles and Xiem™ Clay Center is on your LEFT at 1563 N. Lake Ave.

Parking and Security

Parking is free along both sides of the street on Lake Avenue and in the residential vicinity. We have 10 private, secure 2-hour parking spaces available in front of the building during business hours, and one Handicapped reserved space. The parking lot is gated after hours. On Sundays and Mondays the Gallery and Store are closed and the center is accessible to Premier Members only. Evening Students may not remain in the studio after class is over. Xiem™’s building is handicap accessible.
